5.Journal

There’s mixed views on protein powder, but we’re all about being realistic here - sometimes we need a quick meal thrown together because we are BUSY people who can’t make shakshuka everyday (we wish, yummy). A slow cooker is a must have for those luteal phase days where cooking feels impossible. Just chuck everything in and voila! It reduces overwhelm and means nutritious meals that will support symptoms can still be enjoyed. It’s also great for prepping and freezing in follicular phase, ready for when luteal hits.

8.Lumie SAD Lamp
